Michigan Local Counsel Services

We provide local counsel services in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan to clients from across the nation and around the world. As trial lawyers, we are able to represent our clients effectively in a wide range of matters. We also represent corporate clients seeking representation in Michigan, associating with in-house counsel to form a strong litigation team.

At Dilley Haney, P.C., we undertake a wide range of services for our out-of-state clients, from providing information on the practice of a local court to trying a case before the federal bench. We attend hearings, research local issues, and advise on local and federal law.

Serving as local counsel to individuals and corporations in local, state and federal courts throughout Michigan

We represent clients in the Northern and Southern divisions of the U.S. District Court for Western Michigan. We are located a few blocks from the Federal Building. We also represent people in the Eastern District, which is based in Detroit and sits in a number of communities in the eastern and southern parts of the state.

The cases in which we serve as local counsel are diverse. We represent estates in will contests and other estate litigation. We undertake a significant amount of commercial litigation. We can obtain temporary restraining orders for companies whose employees violated confidentiality agreements. We act for victims and survivors of transportation disasters such as plane and train crashes. We defend companies in product liability litigation.
